Are there travel fees?

For all mobile appointments, there will be a fee charged that is separate from the notarial act. For travel to your home, office, or public place within 15 miles the fee is $35. For appointments on holidays the fee is $50. We are able to travel to a hospital, or Nursing facility the travel fee will be $55. A written estimate will be provided before your appointment.

What if I need a witness for my documents?

If witnesses are needed for your notarization, you can provide your own or we can provide witnesses for you. Please note that all witnesses must be over 18 years old and provide proper ID. Additional charge will appear for each witness required.

Nonrefundable Fees

To provide the best service to all our clients and manage our time effectively. There will be a $25 non-refundable fee for all mobile appointments. Once appointment and fees are confirmed the signer will receive a payment link.

Signer Presence

Signer(s) must be present and fully alert and coherent and able to express a clear desire to sign the document to be notarized.

Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport, State ID — must be current and not expired).

Have your ID ready. Signer(s) must present an original government ID.

Document(s) to be Notarized

·         Ensure all pages are present.

·         Fill out all required fields.

·         Do not sign the document beforehand (unless instructed).

·         Leave notarial sections blank for the notary to complete.

Payment

·         Confirm accepted payment methods (e.g., cash, card, online portal).

·         Have payment ready at the time of service.

Additional Items (if applicable)

  • Witnesses (if your document requires them and you’re providing your own)

  • Access to Technology (for remote notarization: webcam, microphone, stable internet).

Additional Information

  • For in-person sessions, be on time and ready to have documents signed.

  • For remote online sessions please be in a quiet, well-lit space.
