Are there any travel fees?

For all mobile appointments, there will be a fee charged that is separate from the notarial act. Travel fees are calculated based on the IRS reimbursement rate at $0.70 per mile (roundtrip) and time of travel based on an hourly rate to your location. A written estimate will be provided before your appointment.

Is there a charge for after hours, weekend or holidays?

 We do charge an additional $40 for appointments after 7pm. Holiday appointments will accrue an additional fee of $60. We do not charge for weekend appointments, standard travel fees apply.

Things to know before scheduling a notary appointment?

It is essential that your document is filled out completely prior to the appointment. The signer(s) need to be physically present at the time of signing. The signer(s) must present an original government issued photo ID that is not expired. The signer(s) must be fully alert and coherent and able to express a clear desire to sign the document to be notarized.

What if I need a witness(s) for my documents.

If witnesses are needed for your notarization, you can provide your own or we can provide witnesses for you. Please note that all witnesses must be over 18 years old and provide proper ID.

Nonrefundable Fees

To provide the best service to all our clients and manage our time effectively. There will be a $25 non-refundable fee for all mobile appointments.
